Bas Fritschy

Bas Fritschy is the Head of Sales and Marketing at Pluggerz, responsible for overseeing all commercial activities across Retail, Audiology, and Industry business units. With a strong background in sales and marketing, Bas has held various roles including Export Manager at Thomas Regout International and International Sales Director at Ranir, where they developed strategies for EMEA and APAC markets. Prior experience also includes positions at D.E MASTER BLENDERS 1753 and Ricoh Europe BV, focusing on business development and market expansion. Bas holds a degree from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 1992 to 1997.
