Marco Realino

Marco Realino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked as an Assistant Administrator at Ceagesp, a public company focused on the supply of fruits and vegetables in São Paulo. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Test Analyst at Prime Control before transitioning to DXC Technology as a Test Analyst in 2018. Marco then joined Programmer's - Beyond IT as a QA Analyst in 2019. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Analyst and QA Analyst at Actminds, Inc. In 2020, they became an Analyst of Requirements at Mitra Sistemas. Most recently, Marco has been employed at Pluggy, starting as a Business Operations Analyst in 2021, then progressing to Operations Manager in 2021, and finally becoming a Product Manager in July 2022.

Marco Realino completed their Bachelor's degree in Administration from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Then, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Management of Organizations and Public Systems from UFSCar.

In 2017, Marco Realino enrolled at Universidade Paulista and completed an Analysis and Systems Development degree, focusing on Computer Science and Informatics, in 2018. Marco furthered their education in 2021 by pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Business and IT, specifically an MBA from MBA USP/Esalq, which they finished in 2022.

Marco Realino also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2017, they obtained the CTFL certification from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In 2019, they earned certifications in Management 3.0 from Management 3.0 and in Strategic Management of Information Technology from FGV Online. Additionally, in 2019, they completed the Professional Scrum With Kanban I certification from Scrum.org. In 2020, they obtained the certification in Initial Training of Privacy Professionals based on LGPD (General Data Protection Law) from TIexames. Lastly, in 2021, they acquired the certification in Requirements Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, and in 2022, they completed the Introduction to Digital Currencies certification from the University of Nicosia.
