Rene Graichen

Rene Graichen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Most recently, in 2023, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Plugit Finland. Prior to this role, they worked as the Business Ambassador City of Tampere at Business Tampere.

From 2020 to 2023, Rene held the position of Vice President Service Operations at Hiab. Before that, they worked at Valmet from 2016 to 2020, where they served as the Director of Operational Excellence ROL Business Unit and the Director of Roll Maintenance.

Rene also held multiple roles at Parker Hannifin from 2005 to 2016, including Plant Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Product Sales Manager, and Supply Chain position. During 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Freelancer in Hong Kong, China.

In 2002, Rene had a role in Supply Chain at Robert Bosch, and from 2000 to 2001, they worked in Marketing at Bluechip Computer Plc.

Rene Graichen has a diverse education history, with multiple degrees and certifications. In 2002, they attended Savonia - University of Applied Sciences, where they received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Marketing in 2004. Following this, in 2005, they briefly studied Business Chinese at Shenzhen University. In 2007, Rene pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Management at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, completing the program in 2009. In 2016, they obtained a Green Belt certification from NPI Lean Six Sigma. Finally, their most recent educational endeavor was at Boardman Helsinki, where they studied Corporate Governance and Board Work in Finland. Rene completed this program in 2021.
