Francine Leo

Francine Leo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Francine currently holds the position of Project Manager at PlugPV, a role they have been in since September 2022. Prior to this, from June 2021 to September 2022, Francine worked as a School Based Clinician at Behavioral Health Services North (BHSN).

Before joining BHSN, Francine worked as a Project Manager at PlugPV from October 2018 to June 2021. Francine also has experience as the owner of Unlimited Pools LLC, where they served from April 2017 to December 2018.

Francine's earlier roles include working as a Clinical Case Manager at Northeast Parent & Child Society from October 2017 to October 2018, and as a Field Operations Manager at Apex Solar Power from June 2012 to July 2016.

Francine Leo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Cazenovia College, attending from 2006 to 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Counseling & Community Psychology at The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School, studying from 2018 to 2021.
