Milena Lateva

Milena Lateva is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, operations, and financial services. Currently serving as a Partner & Service Manager and previously as a Product Support Specialist at Plugsurfing since June 2021, Milena has played a crucial role in enhancing the car charging ecosystem for users across Europe. Prior to this, Milena worked as an Operations Associate at ZARA, and as a Customer Support Specialist at Revolut, where skills in resolving customer inquiries and collaborating with technical teams were honed. Additional experience includes positions at Sitel as a FinTech Advisor, JGS Beekeeping as a Price Analyst, and various roles in financial institutions, culminating in a solid foundation in customer service and financial management. Milena holds a Master’s Degree in Services Engineering and Management from the Universidade do Porto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Burgas Free University.
