Alicia Zheng

Alicia Zheng is an accomplished professional in the fields of venture capital and scientific research, currently serving as an Associate at Plum Alley Investments since 2021. This venture firm focuses on early-stage technology and healthcare companies led by female founders from STEM backgrounds. Alicia is an active member of organizations including Global Women in VC and 100 Women In Finance. Prior to their role at Plum Alley, Alicia contributed significantly to the growth of research facilities at NYU Langone Health, where responsibilities included building a pancreatic cancer lab and managing a neuroscience lab. Alicia holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a Master's in Biology from New York University, supported by a Bachelor's in Horticulture from Beijing Forestry University.
