Rick Walsh

Rick Walsh currently serves as Deputy Superintendent and previously held the role of Assistant Superintendent at Plum Borough School District since June 2018. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Rick Walsh has been a Principal at Pine-Richland School District since December 2008 and held the position of Principal at Trinity Area School District from August 2002 to November 2008. Prior roles include Assistant Principal K-8 at McGuffy Area School District and Teacher at Mt. Lebanon School District. Rick Walsh also contributed to higher education as an Adjunct Professor in the College of Education at Duquesne University from July 2015 to July 2016. Rick Walsh earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Penn State University, a Master’s Degree in Administration and Policy from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
