Deanna Carlisle

Deanna Carlisle is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, training, and career development. Currently serving as a Project Manager in Community Management, Onboarding, and Training at Microsoft since April 2017, Deanna facilitates new employee orientation and benefits education sessions. As a founder of Youth Career Compass, Deanna provides career coaching for college students and recent graduates. In addition, Deanna has held various roles at Microsoft, including Training & Marketing Consultant and Program Manager for the Microsoft Apprentice Program. Previous experience includes serving as Project Manager for Human Resources at Booking.com, where Deanna designed training sessions to enhance team collaboration. Deanna holds a Business degree from Portland State University and is a certified Myers-Briggs Practitioner and Career Development Facilitator.
