Stephen Coakley

Stephen Coakley is the Founder of Carolina Legacy Holdcos LLC, where Stephen acquires and operates small businesses in North Carolina, with TapSnap franchise being the first acquisition. Stephen is also the Founder of The Welcome Company, bringing together newcomers and local businesses in the Triangle area. As the Franchise Owner of TapSnap Triangle, Stephen is involved in photo booth operations. Additionally, as a Limited Partner in the Triangle Tweener Fund, Stephen invests in early-stage private company investments in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill area. Stephen is also an Investor in Plum CoOwnership, Inc, a venture-backed software platform simplifying co-ownership. Their previous roles include President of Babel Street, General Partner at MVP II LP, Co-Founder of Albatross Golf LLC, Co-Founder of Harvest Holdings LLC, and Principal and Founder of Horizon Consulting Incorporated. Stephen pursued education at George Mason University and Virginia Tech.
