Victoria DelPonte is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Plum Dental since April 2025, Victoria previously held similar roles at Trillium Brewing Company and Southcoast Health, where responsibilities included supporting large clinical teams, conducting employee relations investigations, and offering HR guidance on compliance and policies. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Snow's Home and Garden, where Victoria managed HR functions for a company of 100 employees, and as Executive Team Lead for Human Resources at Target, successfully leading talent acquisition and training initiatives during new store openings. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bryant University in 2012.
