Lauren Jantz O'Meara has a long history of professional experience, beginning in 1998 with a role as an INFOSEC Scientist Engineer at MITRE Corp. Lauren then moved to Dataway Inc. in 2000 as an R&D Engineer and OneSecure as a Software Engineer. In 2003, Lauren began working at Varian Medical Systems as a Business Systems Analyst and Senior District Administrator. Lauren then worked as a Consultant at neoTactics in 2006, followed by a role as a Web Developer at NASBA in 2007. In the same year, they also began working at magazines.com as a Senior Web Developer, leading the development of Subs4Soldiers and Sub4Servicemembers sites and operations/fulfillment processes. In 2008, they returned to NASBA as a Senior Web Development Consultant. Finally, in 2011, Lauren founded Plum Flower Software, where they currently serve as CEO.
Lauren Jantz O'Meara has an extensive educational background. Lauren completed their M.B.A. from Santa Clara University between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned their B.A. in Computer Science from Carleton College between 1994 and 1998. Lauren also attended Brentwood High School. In addition to their formal education, O'Meara has obtained several certifications, including a React Nanodegree from Udacity in November 2017, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in May 2017, Duolingo Italian Fluency: Advanced (Estimated) in November 2015, Malicious Software and its Underground Economy: Two Sides to Every Story from Coursera in July 2013, and Salesforce.com Certified from Salesforce.com in March 2012.
