Amandine Merle Julia has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. In 2009, they were an Intern Consultant at BearingPoint and an Intern Auditor at Deloitte. In 2010, they were a Junior Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble's European headquarters in Geneva. In 2011, they were a Senior Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney. In 2013, they co-founded and became the CEO of HARTÔ design brand, growing the product portfolio from 0 to 80 design-owned products and the clients portfolio from 0 to +300 retailers, distributors, and architects across the world. In 2019, they co-founded and became the CEO of Plum, an interior design platform.

Amandine Merle Julia completed a Master of Science in Management from emlyon business school in 2010, with a focus in Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Carnot from 2004-2006, where they completed a Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles de commerce.
