Inès Bauerschmitt has a diverse range of work experience. Inès started their career as a Conseillère développement durable at Casas Viejas Hostel Lodge in 2018. From there, they moved on to work as a Travel designer (sales and operations) at Gaston Sacaze | DMC in 2019, where they were responsible for creating tailor-made quotes and trips, as well as checking availability and prices for various travel accommodations. In the same year, they also gained experience as a Travel Specialist Intern at puraventura. In 2020, Inès joined Plum as a Customer Care Specialist and later advanced to the role of Customer Care - Presales Specialist in 2021. Currently, they are working at Plum as an E-merchandising & Live ops coordinator.

Inès Bauerschmitt obtained their Baccalauréat Littéraire from Lycée Claude Fauriel in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) where they earned a Licence Langues Étrangères Appliquées with a focus on Foreign Languages and Literatures. In 2017, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Management of sustainable tourism at Université de Toulon, which they completed in 2019. During their studies, Inès also spent a year at the University of Melbourne in 2016-2017 as part of their Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, General. Additionally, they hold certifications in Inbound Sales and Hubspot Sales Software from HubSpot, obtained in October 2019 and November 2019, respectively.
