Amandine Merle Julia is the co-founder and CEO of Plum, a design brand that is distributed in over 30 countries. Amandine has over 10 years of experience in the industry, having worked as a senior business analyst for A.T. Kearney and as the CEO of HARTÔ. During their time at HARTÔ, they grew the product portfolio from 0 to 80 design-owned products and the client portfolio from 0 to 300 retailers, distributors, and architects across the world. Under their leadership, the company achieved sales of several million euros per year.

Amandine Merle Julia has a Master of Science in Management from emlyon business school and a degree from the Classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles de commerce from Lycée Carnot.
