Léa Vanhamme has worked in various roles in the retail industry since 2018. In that year, they began their career as a Sales Advisor at Maisons du Monde, where they were responsible for providing quality customer service, managing stock, and maintaining the visual merchandising of the store. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Advisor at Decathlon UK, where they were responsible for discovering customer needs and ensuring the availability of products. Léa also worked as a Sales Advisor at Vib's, a multi-brand clothing store, where they managed the cash register and achieved a 93% individual attachment rate during their contract period. In 2020, they became a Content Marketing and Community Manager at Beerfood, where they were responsible for creating content in accordance with the brand identity. In 2021, they worked as a Right Arm of the Founders at Les Apprêtés, where they were responsible for the customer journey of the e-mailing, creating and modifying product sheets, organizing a street marketing campaign, and drafting and disseminating a press release for Noël. Finally, in 2022, they worked as a Customer Care Specialist at Plum and as a Junior Project Manager - Visual Identity Store at Tartine et Chocolat, where they were responsible for developing product books, merchandising recommendations, and store plans, monitoring the visual identity, accompanying stores, developing and deploying merchandising tools, and managing operational topics.
