Sybil Dalisson is currently serving as the Services & Customer Care Manager at Plum since July 2021. With a background in managing teams, Sybil oversees daily operations, manages objectives and performance, and ensures high-quality service. Prior to Plum, Sybil gained experience at Leroy Merlin as a Customer Care Manager and as a Conceptrice. Before that, Sybil worked as a Responsable Service Exposants at Reed Expositions France and as a Chargée de projet événementiel at Bpifrance. Sybil holds a Master's degree in Communication et médias from Paris School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Auckland.
