Phil Hoge

Phil Hoge is an experienced producer and director specializing in live events, currently working at Plum Media since October 2022. With a strong background in audio engineering and event management, Phil holds a lead audio engineer position at Noise Together, LLC, and previously served as Senior Event Lead at Exciting Events, Inc., overseeing production operations and team skill development. Phil co-owned Deeper Creature LLC, managing an independent record label and coordinating events such as Center Street Daze and TASTY FEST. Earlier experience includes roles as Music Director at 90.3 WRST-FM Oshkosh and as a live events programmer at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Phil earned a Bachelor of Arts in Radio TV & Film from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2015.
