Andrzej Latka

Andrzej Latka has a wealth of experience in analytics and research. From 2018 to present, they have served as the Chief Analytics Officer at Plum Research S.A. Prior to that, they were an Associate Analyst at Riot Games from 2017 to 2018, where they turned data into actionable insights to ensure that millions of anonymous players competing against each other shared a positive environment. Andrzej's favorite projects included auditing risks and performance of player-facing features and designing and executing a global survey to guide design and messaging of machine learning tools. From 2009 to 2017, they were a Research Assistant at The University of Chicago, where they conceived, designed, performed, and analyzed experiments on drop splashing and drying, mentored three students, and collaborated and led numerous outreach projects.

Andrzej Latka received their Bachelor of Science in Physics from Saint Joseph's University between 2005 and 2008. Andrzej then went on to receive their Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from the University of Chicago between 2009 and 2016.
