Bill Newberg

Bill Newberg has a long history of work experience, beginning in 1988 as Vice President - CFO at Grove Madsen Industries. In 1996, they took on the role of Councilman at the City of Reno, and in 1998 they became a Board Member at the Washoe District Health Department. In 2001, they were appointed Trustee at the RENO-TAHOE AIRPORT AUTHORITY. In 2005, they began working at Renown Health as a Committee Member - Audit and Compliance Committee (Committee of the Board), Director / Board Member - Healthcare System/Network, and Board Member - Renown Regional Medical Center. In 2019, they joined Hometown Health as a Director / Board Member. Most recently, in 2018, they began working at Plumas-Sierra Rural Electric Cooperative as the Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the financial, accounting, HR, customer service, and administrative operations of the cooperative and its subsidiary, Plumas-Sierra Telecommunications.

Bill Newberg obtained a B.Sc. and MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno.
