Prior experience includes roles as a Release Engineer at PHT Corporation, where responsibilities involved transitioning engineering departments to new tools, and as a Principal Release Engineer at Sonus Networks, focusing on ClearCase and DOORS administration. Martel's career also features software engineering positions at Boston Scientific and Concord Communications, where contributions included ClearCase administration and the implementation of ClearQuest.
