Andy Goldstone

Andy Goldstone is the current VP of Payer Strategy & Partnerships at Plume. Before joining Plume, Goldstone was the head of payer strategy at hims & hers from May 2021 to May 2022. In this role, Goldstone was responsible for developing the company's health insurance strategy, focused on developing payer/provider relationships as well as designing, implementing, and managing all functions related to health insurance utilization.

Prior to their role at hims & hers, Goldstone was the Vice President of Healthcare Strategy at NextHealth Technologies from April 2019 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the continued market growth of the NextHealth Technology solution, which included growing current target markets and the development of new, uncultivated white-space by leading strategy, sales, and business development.

Andy Goldstone has received a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University and a BS in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from the University of Colorado.

Andy Goldstone reports to Matthew Wetschler, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Dane Wetschler - Director of Product, Ammar Sultan - Senior Director, Finance, and Shan J. - COO.
