Sierra Brittingham

Sierra Brittingham is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in gender affirming care, primary care, and HIV treatment. Currently at Plume, Sierra provides telemedicine to patients lacking access to competent healthcare, with an expanding focus on mental health and related medical conditions. At Mazzoni Center, Sierra specializes in hormone therapy for transgender and gender non-conforming individuals and operates within the Pediatric and Adolescent Comprehensive Transgender Services program. At Philadelphia FIGHT, Sierra leads a gender affirming healthcare education series. Earlier nursing experience includes cardiac care in various capacities at Inspira Health Network, AtlantiCare, and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Sierra holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from Wilmington University.
