Shashi Rao

Shashi Rao has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. They began their career as a Senior Design Engineer at Adaptec (now Microsemi) in 1997. After that, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Netopia, Inc. from 2001 to 2007. Subsequently, Shashi joined Motorola as a Senior Staff Engineer from 2007 to 2013. They then moved to ARRIS, where they held the roles of Principal Staff Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineering Manager from 2013 to 2017. In 2019, Shashi joined CommScope as a Technical Lead/Senior Software Engineering Manager, and they stayed there until 2021. In the same year, they joined Plume Design, Inc as a Lead Software Engineer. Currently, Shashi works at RUCKUS Networks as a Principal Software Engineer, starting in 2022.
