Nicole McLaughlin

Nicole McLaughlin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and legal counsel. As the Executive Director and Director of Strategy and Advancement at Plummer Youth Promise since 2013, Nicole has led strategic planning, philanthropic initiatives, and board management. Previously, as Development Director at Plummer Home for Boys, responsibilities included overseeing major giving and fundraising events. Nicole's legal expertise was honed as a Nonprofit Organization Attorney at Harmon, Curran, Spielberg & Eisenberg, where counsel was provided to various nonprofit entities, and as a Staff Attorney at the National Abortion Rights Action League. Educational qualifications include a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and multiple certificates in fundraising and philanthropy.
