Elliott Ozer

Elliott Ozer is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles within major corporations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at Plunge since April 2024, Elliott previously held multiple positions at Northrop Grumman from June 2015 to April 2024, including Senior Finance Manager, Finance Manager, and Principal Financial Analyst. Elliott also completed a 24-month Business Management Leadership Rotation Program aimed at developing cross-functional skills for future leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as a Private Equity Intern at StepStone Group and a Financial Planning Reporting & Analysis Intern at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Elliott holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego.
