Cynthia A. Foxa

Cynthia A. Foxa is a paralegal in the firm's Transportation Law Practice Group. She has experience with personal injury plaintiff- and defense-oriented litigation involving first- and third-party auto negligence, medical malpractice, product liability, fire loss claims and premises liability.

Ms. Foxa coordinates the preparation of litigation files on behalf of clients involved in medical provider fraud, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, bodily injury disputes and personal injury protection claims. She schedules independent medical exams, inspections and deposition of witnesses and experts. Ms. Foxa also maintains and manages documents for review and analysis in preparation for trial.

Ms. Foxa received her associate degree from Macomb Community College in 2016.
