Thomas P. Vincent

Thomas P. Vincent serves as President and Chief Executive officer of Plunkett Cooney. While remaining an active trial attorney, Mr. Vincent dedicates a significant amount of his time to managing the firm’s 140 attorneys and 300 employees in 11 offices across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio.

A longtime member of the Plunkett Cooney Board of Directors, Mr. Vincent is focused on achieving the firm’s mission of providing world class service to clients, recruiting and retaining high quality attorneys and staff, and giving back to the communities in which firm members live and work.

For nearly 40 years, Mr. Vincent has successfully represented Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and many other clients in the areas of business litigation, complex general litigation, and employment litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Vincent is a former Chief Trial Attorney for the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office, and he has received numerous honors, including many of the most prestigious peer review ratings available in the legal profession.
