Tanish Gupta

Tanish Gupta is a Senior Associate at Plural Strategy, having joined in September 2021, with expertise in leading venture capital and M&A transactions, as well as providing regulatory advice for e-commerce and financial services startups. Prior to this role, Tanish served as Counsel at Rajaram Legal, focusing on similar areas in a pre-MBA capacity. Tanish has also held the position of Senior Associate at Khaitan & Co, where responsibilities included leading private equity and public M&A transactions, along with offering policy and regulatory advice related to fintech and corporate governance. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at DSK Legal, focusing on deal management and structuring for financial services and TMT transactions. Tanish holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC Paris and a Bachelor of Laws from Government Law College, Mumbai.
