Jasmine Reynolds

Jasmine Reynolds, CCSM, CSM, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Flow Customer Success Manager at Pluralsight since November 2023. In addition to this role, Jasmine has been a Growth Coach at Catalyst Software since March 2023, facilitating coaching sessions for individuals aspiring to advance in Customer Success careers. Jasmine also holds the position of Head Dance Coach and Program Director at Chatham University since November 2022. As a dedicated member of Success in Black since January 2022, Jasmine previously worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at UserGems from November 2022 to August 2023 and at Medrio in 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success at IngMar Medical from February 2016 to March 2022. Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, alongside education at Schenley High School.
