Ciera Maddox

Ciera Maddox is a skilled Sr. UX Designer currently at Pluribus Digital since August 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles as a UX Designer at By Light Professional IT Services and a User Experience Designer at Ad Hoc LLC, where extensive user research was conducted to address Veteran needs. Prior to these positions, Ciera contributed as a Product Designer at Sprinklr, developing solutions for global brands and managing the design system, and held positions at Project Untaboo, Inc. and ZipLunch. Ciera's educational background includes a Master's degree in Art Therapy from Marylhurst University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Portland State University.
