Tom Hallaren

Tom Hallaren has had two positions in their career. Tom began as an IT Manager at STSI in 2009, and then in 2010 they moved to STSI - EIA as a Programmer/Analyst.

Tom Hallaren attended Howard Community College from 1984 to 1988, where they earned an AA in General Studies. Tom then attended the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 1988 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
