Dorian Baroni

Dorian Baroni is the founder of Dorian Baroni LLC, established in 2007, offering team leadership advisory services and individual coaching to executives and emerging leaders. Dorian also founded Women Agents of Change in 2017, aimed at empowering women to drive social justice actions. In addition to these roles, Dorian serves as Coaching Practice Lead at the Presencing Institute and Senior Associate Consultant for Mannaz I Consulting & Learning and Pluribus. Previous experience includes senior consulting roles at Morris Graham Ltd., Dialogos, and BP, where Dorian focused on organizational effectiveness and inclusion. Dorian holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Anthropology from William & Mary.
