Lesego More is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and human capital management. Currently a Senior Project Manager at Plus 94 Research and a Statistician/Research Analyst at Production Management Institute of Southern Africa (PMI-SA) since June 2016, Lesego specializes in data collection methodologies, gap analysis, and statistical reporting. Previously, Lesego held the position of Senior Manager at Autopax and PRASA, where responsibilities included developing human capital strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, and managing departmental budgets. Lesego's diverse background also includes roles in research, financial management, and marketing, supported by an Honours Degree from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematical Statistics and Probability from the University of Pretoria.
