Joan Amaratti

Joan Amaratti is an experienced operations and development professional with a diverse background in managing teams and projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Operations Lead at Plus since July 2019, Joan ensures regulatory compliance, develops product training, and assists with special projects. Prior roles include Senior Vehicle Test Operator & Instructor at Adecco at Waymo, where Joan operated autonomous vehicles and supported engineering tests, and Development Operations Manager at Hidden Villa, where Joan advanced philanthropic initiatives resulting in significant revenue growth.
