Shideh R. currently serves as the Product Marketing Lead at Plus Company since May 2023. Previously, at AppDirect from January 2017 to April 2023, Shideh held several key positions including Team Lead for Digital Experience, where a product-led growth strategy significantly increased sales velocity, and Partner Marketing Lead, responsible for the Technology Partnerships program that developed joint GTM processes. As a founding member of AppDirect’s Product Marketing team, Shideh contributed to notable growth metrics, raising $240M in funds and enhancing customer engagement. Earlier experience includes roles at Rogers Communications, where Shideh led go-to-market strategies for several successful product lines, and Nielsen, where market analysis supported major CPG brands. Shideh holds a Master’s degree in Technology Innovation Management from Carleton University and additional certifications in Project Management and Strategic Digital Marketing.
