James Walmsley has held various roles in the IT field, ranging from Major Incident Manager at IBM to Managing Director at Warmoscomputers Ltd. James has experience in managing and supporting IT infrastructure, systems analysis, and customer service. James has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Liverpool John Moores University and has also obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation V3.
