Nural Omer

Nural Omer has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Metering at PLUS ES since January 2018, with prior roles that include Head of Metering Operations and Head of Business Architecture and PMO. Previously, Nural was a Business Architecture Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Active Stream, managing the agile release train for smart meter solutions. At EnergyAustralia, Nural held positions as Business Transition Lead and Deployment Lead, overseeing integration and transformation projects. Additional experience includes roles at SP AusNet, Select Solutions, IBM Global Business Services, and TRUenergy, where responsibilities encompassed service operations, billing management, and process improvement. Nural is pursuing an Executive MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School and holds Bachelor's degrees in Business and Information Systems from RMIT University.
