Norma Mohd Razalli

Norma Mohd Razalli is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at PLUS Malaysia since 2013. With a solid background in HR leadership, Norma previously held significant roles including Director of Human Resources at 1Malaysia Development Berhad (2009-2013), Human Resources Director at AmBank Group (2008-2009), and Human Resource Manager at Campbell Soup Company (2004-2008). Earlier experience includes serving as Senior HR Manager at Digi Telecommunications (1998-2004) and HR Manager at Schlumberger (1994-1997). Norma holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with a focus on Operations Management and IT from The University of Waikato.
