Michael Venn

Michael Venn is a Process Engineer at Plus Group, A Salas O'Brien Company since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Process Chemical Engineer at KATZEN International, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they assisted in managing projects, estimated capital costs, and designed instrument specifications. Michael also worked as a Process Project Engineer at AMG, Inc. from 2006 to 2018, where they handled equipment, managed vendors, and created project P&IDs and material and energy balances.

Michael Venn received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, from 1999 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC in September 2021, The Alcohol School certification from Ethanol Technology Institute in September 2018, and Engineer In Training certification from the Tennessee Board of Architectural and Engineering Examiners in June 2006.
