Stanislav Bronfman is an experienced professional in human resources management and payroll systems with over 25 years in the field. Since January 2021, Stanislav has served as the VP of Public Sector and Professional Division at Malam PayRoll, the leading company in Israel for advanced technological services in this sector. Previously, from 2003 to 2020, Stanislav held various roles at Malam PayRoll, including Manager of the Professional Implementation Division and Senior Payroll Manager, overseeing numerous significant projects and implementations. Stanislav's career began in the Israel Defense Forces from 1997 to 2003, where responsibilities included commanding the Standing Army Payroll Department and leading the Payroll Legislation Unit. Early in the career, Stanislav worked as an Auditor at Torati & Mahlev from 1994 to 1997. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University and certification as a CPA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where foundational studies in Accounting and Finance were also completed.
