Akash Ghai

Akash Ghai currently serves as the Global Head of ESG & Sustainability at Traxys Group since 2024. Ghai is also a Member of the Advisory Council at Plus Media Solutions since 2021. Previously, Ghai held the position of Managing Partner, Strategy at GRC Advising from 2019 to 2024 and served as a Board Member at the Community Centre for Integrated Development from 2016 to 2021. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Executive, Social Impact at Creative Artists Agency (2018-2019), Consultant at Change Associates (2016-2018), and Founder and Managing Director at Development3 (D3) from 2013 to 2018. Earlier in career, Ghai was the Head of Office for the Office of the Director of Corporate Services at The Commonwealth from 2010 to 2014. Ghai holds an MSc in NGO Management from Bayes Business School and a BSc in International Business from Brunel University London.
