Phoenyx Long is an experienced mental health therapist and fitness professional, currently serving as a Mental Health Therapist at Smart Therapy PC since July 2024, and as a Site Manager and Exercise Specialist at Plus One, an Optum Company, since January 2016. As the CEO of Phoenyx Fitness since January 2010, Phoenyx Long manages a team focused on fitness and lifestyle coaching.
