Erik Nieves

Erik Nieves is the CEO and Co-Founder of Plus One Robotics. Erik has over 20 years of experience in robotics and automation.

Erik started their career as a Senior Instructor at Motoman Inc, where they established the company's formal training center and wrote the curriculum for their courses. Erik then became the General Manager at Yaskawa Motoman Mexico, where they were responsible for establishing the subsidiary in Mexico.

In May 1999, Erik started working at Motoman as the Technology Director. In this role, they were responsible for identifying emerging technologies in support of robotic automation. Erik left Motoman in August 2015 to start Plus One Robotics.

Erik Nieves has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Physics from Southwestern Adventist University.
