Carly Swanson has extensive experience in client services and customer experience management, currently serving as a Manager, Client Services at Plus Relocation since April 2017. Previous roles at Plus Relocation include Customer Experience Leader, Senior Global Mobility Counselor, Global Mobility Counselor, and Relocation Specialist. Prior to Plus Relocation, Carly worked as a Shared Services Accountant at Vail Resorts and as a Lead Teller at Wells Fargo. Carly's early career includes various roles at Applebee's, where notable achievements included being named Employee and Trainer of the Year for 2010, as well as experience as a Server Trainer at Canal Park Brewing Company. Carly also participated in the College Program at Walt Disney World, enhancing communication skills in a diverse environment. Carly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
