Jennifer Lutgen

Jennifer Lutgen has over 20 years of experience in client relations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Client Relations at Plus Relocation since 2002. In this role, Jennifer ensures the success of client programs while overseeing quality assurance in processes, reporting, and communication innovations. Previously, Jennifer held various positions, including Vice President and Director of Client Services, as well as Relocation Counselor and Case Manager at the American Arbitration Association from 1999 to 2002. Jennifer earned a B.A. in Psychology with a Business Minor from Loras College between 1994 and 1998.
