Vincent Hullegie

Vincent Hullegie is an experienced project developer and real estate professional, currently serving as project developer, acquirer, and project manager at PLUS Retail since November 2020. Vincent is responsible for managing the entire real estate development process from acquisition to execution across multiple regions, including Friesland, Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, Gelderland, Flevoland, and Utrecht. Prior work experience includes roles as a project developer and acquirer at Aldi Nederland from February 2013 to November 2020, senior project developer at Ter Steege Bouw Vastgoed from April 2008 to January 2013, and coordinator of new construction at Boertjes Makelaardij & Hypotheken from 2004 to 2008. Vincent began a career in real estate as a junior developer at Haagdijk BV from 1999 to 2004. Education includes a degree in construction management from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, completed in 1999.
