Seneca Johns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT communications and program management within the military and private sectors. Significant roles include serving as Strategic IT Communications Planner for the US Navy's United States Central Command, where responsibilities included lifecycle management of information systems, and as Training Director for Destroyer Squadron 28, overseeing rigorous training cycles for multiple ships. As Program Manager at the Defense Intelligence Agency, Seneca led a geographically dispersed team and established a virtual development and testing lab integrating significant technological assets. More recently, as Practice Manager at Amazon Web Services, leadership was provided to a team focused on outcomes for the Navy, and currently, Seneca holds the position of Director of Professional Services at Plus3 IT Systems.
