Al Yaros

Al Yaros is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer at Plus500™ since May 2015, leading a diverse engineering and product organization of over 100 professionals across various domains. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Architect and Machine Learning Research Lead at Unit 8200 from November 2017 to January 2023, and R&D Team Leader at VMware, where significant contributions included cloud spend optimization services. Additional experience spans across R&D positions at Panaya, HP Software, and McKesson, focusing on software architecture, defect detection, data collection systems, and development lifecycle management. Al Yaros holds a BSc in Software Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 2009.
