Lori Musante

Lori Musante is the current Human Resource Director at PlusMedia, LLC. Lori has previous experience working as the Director of Human Resources - USA at Radiall from April 2020 to December 2020, and as the Director - Human Resources Shared Services at CareCentrix from October 2015 to July 2017. Lori also worked as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Quinnipiac University from January 2011 to September 2015, where they were recruited as part of a new team to modernize HR practices.

Lori has a wealth of experience in human resources, including employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and HR operations. Lori is also a project/process management expert (PMP), and has supported all areas of HR in designing and documenting HR initiatives. In addition, Lori has led and supported client groups through reorganizations, and has developed and executed key programs such as separation/exit interviews, orientation, and onboarding.

Some of Lori's accomplishments include writing and implementing a university policy manual, successfully defending a union organization attempt, and reviving and enhancing a defunct Work/Life Balance Program. Lori also served as the human resources adviser to the Gender Equity Committee charged with ensuring compliance with a consent decree.

Lori Musante has a Bachelor of Arts from Quinnipiac University in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Science from Quinnipiac University in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources. Lori also has certification from LinkedIn in Mentoring Others, SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP), HR Certification Institute - HRCI in Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Quality Management Professional.

Lori Musante reports to Sherry Scapperotti, President & CEO. They are on a team with Michelle Syme - EVP, Strategy & Planning, Adam Walker - VP, Media, and Joseph Burke - Director, Production.
