Regina Lena

Regina Lena is a Co-Founder of the Mentorship Program at +Mujeres en UX LATAM, aiming to reduce the gender gap in the technology industry. With experience as a Project Manager at Synthetix and Senior User Experience Designer at Booking.com, Regina has also served as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Black Sheep Group. Prior roles include positions as a UI-UX Designer at Xmartlabs and Moove-it. Regina holds degrees in User Experience Research, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, and Arts, among others.
